The Arab countries are not the suitable place for well-educated persons like scientists, Professors etc..
Nepotism, Bureaucrat and Corruption are the general characters in the Arab countries.
I know Medical Doctors who cannot write a true prescription nor know medical terminology!
Former USSR (and the Current Russian Federation) is the main tributary for the dull Arab doctors. I dare them to graduate a dozen of fit Arab doctors.
