Just a reminder, Obama raised the banner "Change" during his first presidential campaign and "Yes, You can.." during his second presidential campaign.
It is true that Obama has a higher IQ than George W. Bush, however, he depends on drones and mercenaries for domination instead of direct military manipulation.
