Fortunately, An American court has finally delegitimized patents relating to researches on human genomes and DNA studies in general. I totally agree with court's judge since genes are natural substances. On the other hand, corporate elites considered the judgement as inhibiting factor for researchers --actually those who seek for wealth and / or fame--.
