Many people argue on the Conspiracy theory. Other people argue on the 'dependence' on the Conspiracy theory.
I believe in the presence of the Conspiracy.
Many stories in form of murders were exposed too late through the western countries' Archives or retired secret Agents who worked as 'dirty gloves', meanwhile, Conspiracy does not explain everything and it is not responsible for everything.
For example, The Arab regimes do not need conspiracy to be loyal and weak; WikiLeaks documents exposed how much the Arab leaders hate (and gossip) each other, even when they seemed coherent against the late Iraq's Saddam and the Current Syria's Assad.
